Ziel der Befragung ist es, für alle Marktteilnehmer eine möglichst hohe Transparenz hinsichtlich der Managementgebühren in den liquiden und vor allem auch in den illiquiden Anlageklassen wie Immobilien, Infrastruktur, Private Equity und Private Debt zu erreichen. Hierzu werden wir die Antworten der Asset Manager und der Investoren zusammenführen und zusätzlich mit den Ergebnissen der 2021 durchgeführten Befragung vergleichen.

This year, we would like to update our analysis of management fees in active asset management, which was last conducted in 2021. For this purpose, we survey not only asset managers but also institutional investors.

The aim of the survey is to achieve the highest possible transparency for all market participants with regard to management fees in liquid and, above all, illiquid asset classes such as real estate, infrastructure, private equity and private debt.
